Shipping Information
Depending on the quantity of boxes in your order, you can expect your boxes in a custom envelope or a box. We ship all our boxes First Class or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after it is placed. You can expect your North Pole Boxes several days after that. The closer you are to Utah, the faster you can expect your boxes.
Shipping and handling prices are based on the weight and size of the order. You can maximize your shipping and handling cost by ordering more boxes at once.
Returns
We are proud of our Christmas boxes. We want you to be proud of yours. If you aren't happy with your order, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to make it right.
If your boxes arrive damaged, contact us right away. We will resolve the issue quickly.
